This scarf has a soft light weight fabric. A light scarf perfect for a medieval touch in your modern life which will also go perfectly with your fillet, circlet or coronet! Also great for Byzantine/12th century hair wraps, as headscarf/headwrap or as a pretty light scarf for every day life! The scarf can be worn year round, is new, pre-washed and machine washable!
I printed this lovely light weight scarf by hand using stamps which I carved myself. This lioness roundel pattern is based on a 11th century middle eastern ceramic depicting a lioness. I initially cut this lioness stamp for Sir Brealthen de Raimes elevation at Gulf Wars 2019. The other used stamps are inspired by 12th century goldwork embroidery and medieval artwork.
