This scarf was made from lovely light weight cotton gauze fabric. A light cotton gauze scarf perfect for a medieval touch in your modern every day life which will also go perfectly with your fillet, circlet or coronet at the next event! It is versatile and can be also used as a wrap or sash! The scarf can be worn year round, is new, pre-washed and machine washable!

I printed this lovely light weight cotton gauze scarf by hand using wolf, deer head & Tiwaz rune stamps which I carved myself. The wolf stamp was inspired by celtic artwork, this rune stamp is based on the celtic Tiwaz/Teiwaz rune.

To my knowledge the Tiwaz/Teiwaz rune resembles a spear or arrow and stands for the war god Tyr/warrior and for success, taking charge, direction, bravery, fairness & justice which implies activity, energy and heroism. Linked to the pole star for navigation, it promises guidance and assists those who travel long distances.
