Description
This scarf has a soft light weight fabric. A light scarf perfect for a medieval touch in your modern life which will also go perfectly with your fillet, circlet or coronet! Also great as headscarf/headwrap or as a pretty light scarf for every day life! The scarf can be worn year round, is new, pre-washed and machine washable!
I printed this lovely soft and light scarf by hand using stamps which I carved myself. The pelican print is based on 15th century artwork. The lion pattern along the border is primarily based on a gold embroidery from the 12th century with a few additions and alterations inspired by medieval artwork. I initially cut this stamp for Sir Brealthen de Raimes elevation at Gulf Wars 2019.
Due to the amount of printing the soft light weight scarf might appear a bit stiff in some printed areas. Wearing and washing it a few times will soften the printing over time.
